Today was Lindsey’s first day home with the girls by herself. I think she was a little apprehensive, but overall they all did great!

Hadley played with play-doh for a long time, played with mom and read books. Zoey spent most of the day sleeping, as usual, but she got to ride in the swing for awhile and seemed to enjoy that.

Hadley also helped Linds clean her room and get her toys and PJ’s put away into her new bed’s drawers. Lindsey was blessed in the afternoon with both girls taking long naps, which gave her some much needed rest of her own.

Dawson, Makai and Lael came over tonight and played for awhile. The kids were pretty out of control and hyper, but they don’t see each other that much anymore, so some hyperness is expected. The kids had their usual room destruction and toy chaos, but I think they were glad to be together again.

Snow is on the way tonight, so we’ll have to see if Nana makes the trip tomorrow. Hopefully everything works out, because we are excited for her to be here and to meet Zoey!
