Finally a nice day.

We got the girls together and went for a walk through the park. About halfway through, we stopped and let Hadley play on the swing. She also loved chasing me around and climbing on my back.

Zoey spent the trip cuddled up in Lindsey’s sling snoozing. Big surprise.

When we got home, I played with Hadley in her room. I fell asleep in her bed and awoke to her poking my eyes with her fingers asking, “Eyes?” Lindsey made chicken and french bread for dinner and Hadley continued to eat like a horse. She must be going through a growth spurt, because she’s been eating so much lately.

Bed time wasn’t as bad as usual. It only took Hadley getting up 4 times to go to bed. Three of the times, though, were because she has a toy in her bed that shines stars on the ceiling and its timer shut off. She opens the door and says, “Stars on.”

I guess if that’s the worst thing I have to deal with, I can’t complain.
