Today was a beautiful, sunny day. We got to go outside and do a lot of walking. This did serve it’s purpose of tiring Hadley out, but she still did not go to bed early tonight.

Hadley was very occupied today with her baby doll and carried it nearly everywhere that she went. She also was very excited about playing with the ladybugs on the porch. She even put one of them in the seat in the stroller.

Hadley took a brief nap today, and kept moving right along into the afternoon. Pretty soon it was time for Daddy to come home, so we thought we would walk to meet him. Hadley walked the whole way to daddy’s office and back. Shortly after that she walked all the way up to the park.

Zoey’s first trip to the park was short lived, because she got hungry. Zoey did however make up for a lot of Hadley’s lost sleep. She slept in her crib, her bouncy seat, her swing, and her sling. She also cuddled and slept in mommy’s arms and Hadley’s arms. The highlight of her day might have been laying on her frog mat. Hadley showed her what everything was and how to shake the rattle so they make noise.

Zoey did stay awake at lunch time long enough to see her daddy.

Hopefully the weather is nice again tomorrow because then the girls will help mommy weed the garden and get it ready for some planting.
