Well, our weekend was jam packed with fun activities. We started out going to Fremont for VBS at Grandma and Papa’s church. The kids had a ton of fun and made some fun crafts. Hadley said her favorite thing was the time machine where the kids went back to the times when Jesus lived.

That evening we went back to the farm and swam, which might have been the best part of the day, since the heat was overwhelming on Saturday.

Sunday morning we had some showers and some thunderstorms, so all of us doubted if it was the best day to go boating, but sure enough, as soon as we pulled up to the lake, the clouds left and we had nothing but great weather. The girls really enjoyed themselves, as usual. Eric and I got to try wake boarding, and we did more skiing. Hadley did more tubing, and I tried to take video of that. Tried is the word that needs emphasis here. Maybe Eric can work some editing magic on my inept filming. We buried the girls in sand, made sand castles, swam, ate, and just had so much fun we can’t wait to go again.
